A craft gin that expresses the flavors of local ingredients cultivated in the Setouchi region.
Heralding lemon as its key botanical that will tantalize any palate, this easy-to-drink gin is blended with green tea—the perfect complementary partner to lemon—for a deeply refreshing and fruity gin.
The concept is a fruity gin that captures the rich flavor of Amanatsu oranges (Japanese cirrus fruit).
With Amanatsu as the key botanical, complemented by fragrant green tea and juniper berries, the ingredients are carefully selected to create a gin where the fruit’s natural aroma and taste can truly be savored.
Plum Wine
Our goal was to create a perfect harmony of whisky’s rich depth with the fruity elegance and refined sweetness of umeshu plum wine.
Driven by the desire to go beyond traditional umeshu and craft something new for the world, we embarked on the challenge of maturing plum wine in whisky casks and making use of the gentle Setouchi climate.
With a focus on quality ingredients, firm, fleshy plums are carefully selected to bring out a refreshing fruit character in the final flavor.
